Scheduled Technical Visit
We are pleased to offer you scheduled technical visit free-of-charge based on your purchase. You have the freedom to choose whether the technical visits are utilized for consultation, troubleshooting, or training. We will set up the scheduled visits and inform you prior to our visitation; you only have to inform us if training, troubleshooting, or repair work is required 10 days in advance so that we can make relevant preparations.
Call-Out Service
If you have an emergency situation at your production plant, and cannot afford to wait until the Scheduled Technical Visits, we are immediately available at your service. You may also utilize your entitlement of free-of-charge visitation for such situations*.
